The Spartanburg County Public Libraries has partnered with HUB-BUB, an art-based community building organization, to host the Artist in the Community Residency to “inspire and create connections” (Lydia See). Both organizations, with the artist, will explain the partnership, showcase the work being produced, and discuss the response of the community.
